Most people quit their jobs with a formal letter – or at least a meeting with their boss. Marina Shifrin, who works for a Taiwanese video production company, took things to the next level by resigning with an "interpretive dance" set to Kanye West's Gone. Shifrin succeeded in her aim of raising her profile – she hopes to make the move into comedy – and the video now has almost 13m plays.
