O2 are the second largest mobile network with 23 million customers, now with The Sun offering their mobile package could increase and boost their subscribers. As well as football video highlights, O2 subscribers will get access to thesun.co.uk and the Sun's mobile and tablet apps. O2 are now offering new customers this service and existing customers who can upgrade, giving them a chose to upgrade with the 4G use and The Sun +service. - A 4G plan with 5GB of data priced at £22 a month will come with six months' free access to Sun+. With an 8 GB data package, priced at £27 a month, customers will get 12 months' free Sun+ access.

- Last year, O2 was an unsuccessful bidder in the £30m battle for the three-year deal for the digital highlights rights to Premier League matches, in which the Sun triumphed.
I think that O2 have found a huge and big gap in the market to offer their customers, clips of football goals on thier phone. Already having many of the other services O2 have, it will alow them to expand their business and increase sales and reputation for the business and become the largest mobile networking in the country. Also, they have team up with a popular and well trusted company with this service and this offer, The Sun has a lot of customers from using this service of showing clips and videos to the customers via the thought thier own website, however, they have team up with O2 because they know that they are a popular mobile networking, used around the country by million and a great way to target more customers to use the service. By having this service, it will attact more people to use both service, O2 and the The Sun.
